Menu for a nice week
Monday:
- Carpaccio (thin slides) of sea bass marinated in citrus Fruits
- Tagliatelle (home made) with lobster and tomatoes
- Escalope of sea bass with saffron sauce and baked vegetables
- Grilled peach with chocolate and vanilla cream
Tuesday:
- Scallops grilled with little spinach – mushrooms ginger into a little puff pastry basket
- Lobster grilled with mexican sauce with courgettes and rice cake at lemon flavour
- Backed vanilla cream with red Fruits
Wednesday:
- Big prawns with oranges and bottarga
- Ravioli (home made) with sea bass with prawns sauce
- Fresh fillet tuna grilled with sesame and julienne of vegetables and roasted potatoes
- Baked pineapple served with ice cream – chantilly and chocolate
Thursday:
- Cabbage roll stuffed with langoustes. Sea bass and smoked salmon.
- Lasagna with fish gratin
- Sea bream baked with artichokes and potatoes
- Tarte tatin with peaches served with ice cream and chantilly
Friday:
- Tartare of red big prawns with fennel, oranges, peaches and strawberrys
- Chitarra spaghetti (homemade) with aubergines pachino tomatoes and mozzarella
- Grilled of mixed fish with grilled vegetables
- Ice cream cake with fresh fruits and chantilly
Saturday:
- Lobster and guacamole sauce
- Rice with seafood
- Sea bass baked with courgettes and basil sauce
- Cake with cream – Strawberries and chantilly
Sunday:
- Vegetables sald with langoustes
- Seabream and mayonnaise
- Ravioli (homemade) with aubergines in ragu’ fish
- Langoustes and big prawns stuffed gratin
- Tiramisu’
On request we serve fillet of veal from certified farm.
